Our flats can accommodate 2 people and have a double bed.
Yes, in fact, we provide guests travelling with a small child with a folding cot, a highchair and a baby bath, in order to make your holiday with your little one as easy as possible. If you find yourself in this situation, simply let us know in the comments section when booking online, indicating the age of the child to consider the options and conditions. The maximum age is up to 3 years old.
No, unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the flats and on the terraces.
Accommodation will be open from 15:00 hours and must be vacated by 11:00 hours in the morning. If the departure time is not respected, a penalty of 10€ per hour will be applied.
At Alojamientos J&J the minimum stay is 3 nights.
The price per night may vary depending on the market price and the season. You can check the prices in the booking calendar of each accommodation. (Alojamiento “Castillo San Felipe” , Alojamiento “El Polvorín” ).
At Alojamientos J&J we do not ask for a deposit. We trust that our clients will respect and comply with the rules of the accommodation.
Yes, it is possible to cancel a reservation with the recovery of 100% of the amount as long as it is made at least 3 days in advance. If this time is not respected, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In J&J accommodation, the check-in process is carried out by the client by filling in an online form. This form will be sent to the email address they enter during the booking process, just after making the payment. Before the check-in date, all the people who are going to stay in the accommodation must fill in the form, as only at the end of this process they will receive the code that they will have to enter in the electronic lock to open the door.
At J&J accommodations we have electronic locks to facilitate the check-in of our guests and allow them to access at any time. The access is done by typing the code that we previously sent to your email when you finish the online check-in.
Yes, they have a terrace.
The flats have:
– A bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
– A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and first aid kit.
– An open-plan kitchen integrated with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances as well as small appliances (capsule coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster and microwave). The living room has a comfortable sofa and a 43″ OLED 4k Smart TV.
– A cosy terrace with artificial grass, a table and two chairs where you can eat or have a drink when you want to enjoy a nice time.
Yes, the flats have three swimming pools. Two of them can be found on the rooftops of two of the towers that make up the residential complex, thus being able to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area, highlighting, on one side, the view of the majestic Teide and on the other side views of the sea (Playa Jardín). The largest swimming pool is located on the ground floor of the communal outdoor areas. To access the swimming pools you will need a key which will be left on display in the flats.
Yes, the complex has a tennis court and a table tennis table. To use them, you will need to stop by reception and speak to the resort staff. There is a small hourly rental charge for the tennis court.
The complex has outdoor exercise equipment in the communal facilities.
Yes, the flats have high speed internet connection. There is also an Ethernet connection in the living room if you prefer to connect via cable.
Yes, in the accommodation there are plugs with usb sockets in case you need to charge your devices.
Yes, Alojamientos J&J provides our guests with streaming services, offering them the possibility of enjoying the content of the Netflix digital platform during their holidays, at no additional cost.
Between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m., it is not allowed to play music or make noise that could disturb the rest of the residents of the residential complex, we must not forget that we are not alone and there are people who live there on a regular basis, we must be supportive and empathetic with others.
The accommodation does not have its own car park, however, parking is possible in the vicinity of the complex and nearby is the quayside esplanade, which can be accessed via Calle Mequinez, where a large number of free parking spaces are available.
The island of Tenerife has two airports, if you are travelling from the north the accommodation is approximately 23 minutes drive from Los Rodeos North Airport. If, on the other hand, you are travelling via Tenerife South Airport, it is a 1 hour drive.
Yes, there is a taxi rank and the bus station of Puerto de la Cruz just 2 minutes walk away. You can travel all over the island from our accommodation by public transport without having to rent a car.
Yes, here is how to get from the airports of Tenerife to the bus station in Puerto de la Cruz:
* From Tenerife North Airport (Los Rodeos):
– The easiest option is to take TITSA Line 30, which connects directly from the airport to Puerto de la Cruz.
– Duration of the journey: Approximately 30-40 minutes ( Ver horarios).
– Once you arrive at the bus station in Puerto de la Cruz, you will only have to walk 2 minutes to get to Alojamientos J.&J.
– Another option is Line 343, which departs from Tenerife South Airport and passes through Tenerife North Airport. You have all the information about this line in the following section.
From Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofía):
– For those arriving in the south of the island, TITSA Line 343 is the best option. This line connects both airports (South and North) and will drop you off at the bus station in Puerto de la Cruz without the need for transfers.
– Journey time: Approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes ( Ver horarios ).
– Once there, you are only a 2-minute walk from our accommodation.
Yes, you can walk to Jardín beach in 5 minutes, San Telmo beach in 15 minutes and Martiánez beach in 20 minutes.
Puerto de la Cruz is a charming place with a great tourist attraction. Close to the flats you will find the Loro Parque, approximately 15 minutes away on foot, the Botanical Gardens, about 35 minutes away, the salt water pools of Lago Martiánez, about 20 minutes away, the San Felipe Castle three minutes away and the Plaza del Charco and the pier about 10 minutes away. We have prepared a map where you can see all the tourist attractions that Puerto de la Cruz has to offer, among many other things ( Ver mapa ).
The area of Puerto de la Cruz offers a wide range of leisure and restaurant services. We invite you to stroll around the area around the flat where you will find bars and restaurants for a variety of tastes, ice-cream parlours, etc. There are also several supermarkets, the closest and best priced are the Hiperdino, about 4 minutes from the flat, and the Alteza or Supercor, about 10 minutes away. There is also a pharmacy or the national police within a 1 minute walk and a medical centre in front of the complex, and a hairdresser. Near Puerto de la Cruz we recommend visiting the beautiful municipality of Valle de la Orotava, Icod de los Vinos with its thousand-year-old dragon tree and Garachico, which has natural swimming pools. Located in the north of Tenerife, they are considered to be among the prettiest and most charming villages on the island.
